How we use information provided when you order logs.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, telephone number, delivery address, postcode, order details and any delivery notes you choose to provide. A drop-off photo is optional. Email is optional and is only used to send an invoice and delivery updates.
Why we use it
We use your information to calculate delivery, process and deliver your order, contact you about delivery arrangements, take payment and deal with any follow-up questions. We do not use order details for marketing.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records may be kept for up to six years for tax, accounting and customer-service purposes. Delivery photos and information that are no longer needed should be removed sooner. Archived orders are reviewed periodically and can be deleted from the admin area.
